The key to losing weight is to eat well. This is my experience:
1. Get up in the morning and drink two large glasses of honey water.
2. Eat breakfast as usual, and only eat two vegetarian dishes, a bowl of soybean milk or an egg for the first month and a half. Eat foods containing carbohydrates from one and a half months, such as steamed bread and steamed buns. Fried food must not be touched.
Eat only vegetarian dishes at noon and dinner.
4. Start running after 9 pm for at least 45 minutes (you can listen to music while running).
Try to have dinner around 5 o'clock. Don't drink water or eat any food at night.
6. Sticking to dieting can definitely reduce weight, but it is not recommended, because it is too difficult, and more importantly, it will lose health and cost too much.
7. Keep a regular diet, breakfast is very important, eat more appropriately, and avoid overeating when lunch is rich. Don't eat midnight snack, it is the natural enemy of losing weight.
