1. In the design interface of ISSIM, select and connect the circuit elements that output the time sequence, such as clock, flip-flop, counter, etc.

2. Configure the parameters of the simulator and set the simulation duration, sampling rate, input signal, etc. In the Simulator Configuration dialog box, click the Output tab and check the Time Series option.

3. Click the "Timing" tab, and you can see the timing diagram of circuit components in this dialog box. By setting the time axis range and adjusting the precision and unit of the time scale, the required decimal time series output results can be obtained.

4. Click the file menu, select the export data option, set the export format (such as CSV or text file), and then save the file.
