Method one
Ingredients: dried Luoshen flower 10g, and appropriate amount of rock sugar or honey.

Roselle tea
Put a proper amount of Luoshen flower into the pot, add water to boil over medium heat, turn off the fire after 3 minutes, and soak in the remaining temperature for 5 minutes.
2. After filtering off the tea residue, pour the tea into the cup, and add rock sugar or honey (high temperature will destroy the nutrition of honey) to increase the sweetness after Luoshen scented tea is slightly cool.
3. If direct brewing is used, the consumption of hot boiled water is only about 180cc. However, it takes 5-8 minutes to cover the stuffy bubble with a cup cover to make the taste of radish flowers.
4. If you don't like to drink hot tea, you can also put appropriate ice cubes after brewing, and Luoshen scented tea and green tea can be mixed for drinking.
5. Luoshen scented tea should be drunk after meals, which can help digestion of the stomach, but people with cold stomach should not drink more.
6. Use 60g of Luoshen flower, 0/70g of ebony/kloc, 0/50g of hawthorn/kloc and 4500g of water. After the fire is boiled, simmer for 30 minutes, and add appropriate amount of sugar (according to personal taste) to cool the taste. When drinking, brandy and ice cubes can also be added, which is beneficial to health.
Method 2
Raw materials: Luoshen flower, water 1500ml, honey.
Roselle tea
1. Take 1 soup pot, add 1/2 water, and put Luoshen flower into low heat for slow cooking.
2. Remove scum after the water is boiled.
3. Take 1 soup bowl, put it into the method 2, and add a proper amount of honey to stir.
