I summed up several experiences. Tell them and see if they are useful.
The first is mentality. That's all that matters. Don't be impatient. Be confident. Losing weight is not a day or two. Don't give up just because you can't do it for a few days, especially during the platform period. This is particularly important. Make long-term preparations.
The second is diet. To control your diet, you should pay attention to it. It is control rather than dieting. Be sure to pay attention to all-round nutrition and eat everything, but eat less foods with extremely high calories, such as fried foods and sweets, and it is best not to eat them. You may have more than 600 calories when you eat a cake, but you may not be able to burn it for an hour. Every time I want to eat, I want to finish this thing and run for a few more hours to consume it.
Third, exercise. At the beginning, it's best to stick to it every day, because at this time, you haven't formed a habit. Once you stop, you may be too lazy to run later. Try to run every day. Once you form a habit, you will not consider whether you want to exercise or not, and you will naturally go running.
The fourth is the method. Don't waste time on diet pills and food, it's useless. I have tried many so-called lazy people to lose weight, and it turns out that lazy people can't lose weight. The only way to fight for it is exercise and diet control.
