Personally, I think skipping is better to lose weight. On the one hand, skipping rope is very convenient. As long as there is open space, you can exercise to lose weight. On the other hand, skipping exercise is more, and the slimming effect is more obvious.
What I admire most is that skipping rope will not thicken the calf during the process of reducing fat, but running will thicken the calf because of long-term exercise.
