Don't eat too much Chinese food, it will swell your stomach, and you will feel uncomfortable if you don't eat it at night.
I have a little suggestion. Eat one bite less every meal, two bites less the next day, and then 10 days is a cycle. On the second 10 day, I will eat two less meals a day. This can reduce food intake.
