2. Do a simple exercise in your spare time. Note that this is just a simple little exercise: stand up straight, with your feet shoulder-width apart, your arms bent, your fists facing each other, and do a waist twisting exercise. This action is to stretch the muscles of the back, and do it twice a day for 5 to 10 minutes each time. Really effective, especially recommended! It should be noted that don't do this action immediately after a meal!
