Poor postpartum repair will not only affect the recovery of various organs and functions of the body, but also affect your slimming plan!
In this issue, Dr. Chun Ling, an expert in general obstetrics and gynecology at Yukeyuan, and Mr. Jin Ziyi, a coach in prenatal and postnatal recovery, jointly bring you hard-core science in postpartum repair and slimming classes!
Postpartum repair not only reduces more fat for mothers, but also needs to restore the function of mothers in the training part of the course.
Most of the course training comes from yoga and Pilates:
Yoga can help mothers to better relieve their emotions, stretch and relax their muscles;
Pilates is more of a core part, the relaxed part of mom, repairing these muscle injuries and helping you shape muscle lines better.
Before that, you need to know these things.
When can I go to the fields after childbirth?
Whether it is a natural delivery or a cesarean section, you should try to move your lower limbs, but the time to go to the ground is slightly different.
Moving limbs and going to the ground are good for postpartum recovery. However, if you want to start serious exercise, you really can't worry. You must make sure that you get well after giving birth.
Then how do you judge whether your body is recovering well?
After the natural delivery, the judgment recovered well, in fact, there is a feeling of self:
There was nothing uncomfortable, and then there was no wound pain, no fever, and no other signs of bleeding.
Pay attention to the postpartum wound during cesarean section, because there is a big scar on the abdominal wall, and the wound has healed. Then it won't hurt when pressed, and there is no drainage and exudation, which means that the wound has healed.
Of course, 42 days after delivery, the doctor will do a comprehensive and systematic examination, such as whether the size of the uterus has returned to normal, whether there is inflammation, or whether all our vaginal wounds have healed well, and there are no other signs of such infection.
So these are self-examination and doctor examination.
