How is Guben wine made?
Guben Liquor: Formula: Ginseng 30g, Asparagus 20g, Radix Rehmanniae 30g, Ophiopogon 30g, Poria 20g, Radix Rehmanniae 30g, and white wine 1500g.

Method of preparation: (1) Mash all the above medicines, put them in a Chinese liquor tank and cook them with slow fire for half an hour, then cover them and seal them.

(2) Shake it 1 time every day, and you can drink it after 3 days.

Usage: 10 ~ 20g on an empty stomach, twice daily.

Efficacy: nourishing yin and tonifying deficiency, benefiting qi and nourishing blood, benefiting qi and caring skin. It is suitable for mental fatigue caused by fatigue, premature gray hair, hot flashes due to bone steaming, soreness of waist and knees, dry cough due to lung heat, and deficiency of both qi and yin.

Precautions: Do not use it for people with cold-yang deficiency and cold-dampness constitution.
