How to generate a PDF file from multiple files?

First, install a software called PDFCreator. Where can I find PDFCreator? You can search PDFCreator in Baidu, please refer to the figure below.

After installing the PDFCreator software, the computer will have a printer named PDFCreator.

I'm going to merge five Baidu experiences written in Word into a PDF file.
You can merge files with other formats or files with different formats (Word, Excel, PPT, pictures, Txt and other files can be merged).

Open the first file, select Print,
I use the English version of Word. If I use the Chinese version, I can find the print in the menu file.

Select the PDFCreator printer, and then confirm printing.
Print different files, the printing interface may be different, but you can choose PDFCreator printer.
Fill in the document title, author name and other information (or leave it blank or default), and select Wait-Collect (W).
Then you can see that the file is in the print queue.
Open the second file and select Print.
At the same time, select PDFCreator printer, and then confirm printing.
According to this method, open all the files one by one, print them with a PDFCreator printer, and return to the PDF print monitor after the operation, and find that all the files are arranged here. Select files and change their order.
Select all files, and then choose Merge from the Document menu.
After the merge is completed, there is only one file left in the PDF Print Monitor. Select √ Stop printing in the printer menu to resume printing, or click the printer icon on the toolbar.
Fill in the document title, author name and other information (you can also leave it blank or default), and then select Save.
Set the directory to save the file, set the file name, and then save it.
Step reading
PDF files will be generated soon. Go to the directory where you just saved the file, and you can find the generated PDF file.
