Stand with your arms raised forward, sit back with your knees slightly bent, and swing your arms back naturally. The center of gravity moves backward. When the body loses its balance backwards, the arms swing forward and upward quickly and in parallel. Push the ground, raise your head (see hands), expand your chest and abdomen, and bend back completely. Turn back after flying low, then support the ground with both hands, and use the rebound force of handstand to push shoulders, abdomen, waist and feet to land upright.
2. Technical points
After losing balance, the center of gravity moves backward, swinging arms, kicking the ground, expanding the chest and abdomen, and fully bending back.
3. Teaching norms
Forward, stretch, rhythm.
4. Protection and assistance
(1) protection and help methods:
The helper kneels behind the practitioner. When the practitioner turns back, one hand supports his waist and the other hand supports the back of his thigh to help him turn over.
(2) Trauma and safety measures:
Wrist joint, waist and neck. Beginners practice on a protected and helpful sponge mat.
5. Teaching methods
(1) Helpers and practitioners stand back to back and raise their arms. The assistant holds the practitioner's wrist and turns the practitioner's back over. Practitioners stand up with their hands supported by handstands and abdomen.
(2) The helper lunges behind the exerciser, holds the exerciser's shoulder, moves the exerciser's center of gravity backward, sits on the helper's leg, experiences the feeling that the center of gravity moves backward at the beginning of the action, or practices vault on his back.
(3) The center of gravity of the handstand moves backward and pushes the hand, and the waist, abdomen and feet are raised to stand.
(4) Finish the exercise with the help of two people.
(5) After mastering the single handspring, you can connect the handspring with small flippers.
6. Common mistakes and correction methods
(1) The center of gravity begins to move backward, resulting in an upward "roll". Teaching method (2) can be used to correct.
(2) The concept of the whole process is unclear, the abdomen is too tense and the direction is not correct, and the teaching method (1) is adopted to correct it.
(3) Pushing hands to close the abdomen is weak and not timely. Use teaching method (3) to correct.
(4) When you are skilled, you will make a backhand sideways or turn around. It's best to stop for a while and do it under protection.
