How to use the ultrasonic cleaning machine?
First, the operating instructions:

1. check

Check whether all the connecting wires, including the external power cord, are correct and whether the inlet and outlet pipes are firmly connected.

Add liquid

Open the water inlet valve, add liquid into the cleaning tank, and keep the tank body >: 40cm liquid. Always check the liquid level during the operation of the equipment, and replenish it at any time if the liquid is insufficient. When the liquid level is insufficient, it is forbidden to turn on heating and ultrasonic. The liquid must not contain corrosive components, such as strong acid and alkali.

heat

Turn on the main power switch. Set the cleaning temperature to 55℃ and press "Stop Heating".

4. Pretreatment

Before cleaning, it is advisable to clean the dirt on the surface of the parts with a bamboo knife (for example, there will be a lot of dust on the outer surface of the dust cover, and a lot of thick and easy-to-remove sludge will accumulate at the curve change of the cylinder parts) to prolong the service life of the cleaning solution. Ultrasonic wave can be used for precision cleaning, but its ability to treat sludge is weak, so yellow mud or sludge should be removed as much as possible in pretreatment.

5. Workpiece placement

Try to make the workpieces evenly distributed without overlapping. The workpiece should be gently placed in the groove.

clean

The material frame is placed. The temperature is within the set range; Turn on the ultrasonic start switch for cleaning.

7. Pick up parts

After cleaning, press "Stop Ultrasonic Wave" to stop ultrasonic wave to take out the workpiece. If there is secondary pollution, it needs to be washed with drinking water.

8. Stop the machine

Stop all functions after cleaning, and then turn off the power switch. When it is not used for a long time, the cleaning liquid should be discharged and the main power switch should be turned off.

2. Precautions: Events that may cause harm to operators and equipment during use.

1. The equipment must be grounded according to the standard.

2. Don't operate the button with wet hands, so as not to immerse the cleaning solution in the potentiometer, which will cause the machine to fail to work normally or damage the equipment. The workpiece should be placed according to the actual load of the material frame, and the material frame should not be seriously deformed due to the increase of cleaning amount. If it is found that the connection position is out of welding, it should be repaired immediately.

3. Parts cleaning has no obvious aging effect on accessories made of rubber, plastic and other raw materials, but if the surface is sprayed with ready mixed paint or the paint surface of the parts cannot be damaged, please put it into the cleaning pool carefully. Parts that are not resistant to high temperature and water intrusion (such as various sensors on vehicles) should not be put into the pool for cleaning.

4. Every time water is added, it should be added to the liquid level requirement (liquid depth >; 40cm); Do not add boiling water directly into the cleaning tank) to prevent the chain from being damaged. Ultrasonic cleaning: Do not stir the air when working. Do not start ultrasonic and heating without liquid. If there is any abnormality in the operation, it must be suspended, and the equipment can continue to run after troubleshooting.

5. The control cabinet should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. If water enters accidentally, turn off the power supply. Before starting the machine, make sure it is dry and normal. If the equipment is damaged electrically, it should be connected in strict accordance with the electrical schematic diagram, and the connection mode should not be changed at will. It is best to replace parts with the same type of accessories.

6. Without an electrician's operation certificate, it is not allowed to repair any components in the control cabinet.

Third, the equipment maintenance

Regular inspection required for operation safety and equipment life.
