1. Watermelon: cold in nature and sweet in taste. It is known as natural white tiger soup because of its refreshing summer heat and good taste. Can remove polydipsia, clear summer heat and diuresis. People with summer sickness and cold and dampness should not eat more;
2. Peanut (groundnut, long-lived fruit): flat and sweet. It is a good fruit and is regarded as "plant meat". It can moisten lung and spleen, regulate stomach to stop bleeding, nourish life, clear throat and stop malaria;
3. Walnut (Walnut): Warm and sweet. Known as "longevity fruit". It can nourish liver and kidney, warm lung, relieve asthma, nourish blood, strengthen brain, dredge pulse, moisten skin, blacken hair and strengthen tendons;
