Correct skip step
The first stage: warm up.
Jump in place for 30 seconds and cross your legs for 30 seconds.
Stage 2: Start skipping rope.
Jumping with rope: jump rope at a slow speed 10 minute, then at a medium speed 10 minute, then at a fast speed 10 minute, with a rest for each jump 1 minute.
Cordless jump: first pick 1000, start jump 100, run in place 100, cross jump 100.
The third stage: full stretching.
Each movement lasts 1 min, stretching the calf, stretching the back side of the leg, stretching the front side of the leg and stretching the inside of the leg.
