Steps:

1, open photoshopcs5, open the original image, and copy the layer into a copy layer.

2. Draw the outline of the character with a pen, and press ctrl+enter to convert the path into a selection.

3. Click Edit to select a fill. Select the content identifier, and then click OK.

4. Click Select, click Cancel, and then select Cancel to finish.
