How to plan a slimming meal in winter?
My plan is simple and reasonable:

1. Get up in the morning and have a cup of hemp paste. Hemp paste is easy to get full and won't feel hungry.

2. Eat as usual at noon, no matter whether you eat or not, it is nutritious.
