Hehe, I am also a high school student, and I have the same problem as you. Girls of this age are prone to baby fat, plus long body, three meals can not be less! But you can eat less. I have some experience for your reference:

1 lose weight: you can drink water, which is very simple and easy to do.

Get up every morning and drink a glass of light salt water or warm water;

Drink lemonade during school in the morning, without anything, especially honey!

Drink a cup of warm water before lunch;

Drink herbal tea that suits you during school in the afternoon;

Dinner can be replaced by vegetable juice & fruit juice.

Leg reduction: 30 minutes before going to bed every day, lying in bed, legs & hips close to the wall (the body is 90 degrees), knees should not be bent, and there should be a sense of tension, that's all. Oh, try to walk to school. Come on!
