Yoga is a way of life. Yoga has its own diet, but most people who practice yoga don't strictly follow it, just close to it, that is, vegetarian food. The basic principle of yoga diet nutrition is to eat high quality and less weight. In today's fast-paced world, how can we maintain the eating attitude of yoga?
Share some of my personal experiences. Every meal should be chewed slowly until seven or eight points are full, and the time for eating every day should be very regular, and try to eat at the same time.
First of all, drinking the first glass of water on an empty stomach in the morning is beneficial and harmless. It can be light honey water, light salt water, honey lemonade, or boiled water, which can clean the stomach, detoxify and nourish the face, and make your whole day have a refreshing start. Secondly, arrange the diet structure of three meals a day reasonably. The so-called "eat well early, eat well at noon and eat less at night", drink soup before meals and eat vegetarian food before meals, which is in line with the order of food digestion. Between lunch and dinner, you can eat some fruit properly, which makes it easier to ensure that you eat less late and are not hungry. There is also a cup of yogurt or fruit vinegar before going to bed to help digestion and promote sleep.
1, gradually change the diet. Foods rich in protein, such as bean products, dried fruits, cereals and dairy products, should be ingested every day.
2. Eat fresh green leafy vegetables composed of various vegetables every day.
3. When cooking, don't take too long.
4. Try to eat fresh and complete food.
5. Don't eat denatured food, such as white bread, canned fruits and vegetables, canned drinks, etc.
