Experience in kindergarten _ Experience in kindergarten

Observing teaching activities in kindergarten is an important way for teachers' professional growth, and it is also a good opportunity for me to absorb experience. In this week's observation and teaching activities, I have a lot of feelings. Now I will talk about my own profound experience in this observation and teaching activity:

I think the teachers in our kindergarten have made great changes in their educational concepts. For example, organizing art activities, the former teacher would only show a demonstration painting on the blackboard, then teach the children how to draw, and then evaluate their works according to whether they are like or not. However, in this observation activity, our teacher began to realize that the significance of kindergarten art education is not limited to training painters, but to train children to discover and express beauty through art education, and to express and develop people's potential and personality with rich imagination and unique creation. Therefore, in the process of observing teaching activities, teachers provide children with a relaxed and comfortable environment, give them the opportunity to fully experience and perceive beauty, guide children to observe more, and draw according to their own wishes and expressions, so that children can really learn while playing and teachers can really enjoy education. Our teachers also make good use of multimedia teaching in kindergarten to evaluate children's paintings, so that children can gain more sense of success in artistic activities.

Through this observation and study, my biggest gain is that in the future teaching activities, I should turn new educational ideas into educational behaviors, truly internalize new ideas and new understandings in teaching and research activities into my own educational ideas and become my own actual educational and teaching ability, which depends on my usual educational practice. Only by constantly summarizing, reflecting and refining can we leap from one platform to another. At the same time, experiments and reflections are constantly carried out in educational practice, and efforts are made to pursue the rationalization and optimization of educational practice. I believe &; Mdash& ampmdash Our kindergarten has such a team of teachers who are so persistent and devoted to preschool education, and our tomorrow will be even more brilliant.

From April 22 nd to 25 th, I participated in the one-day activities of rural kindergartens in the city. Observation activities are divided into four groups. The first group is Mayang, Chenxi and Yuanling. The second group is: He Cheng, China and hongjiang city; The third group is: Xupu, Xinhuang and Zhijiang; The fourth group is: Tongdao, Jingzhou and Huitong; There are two rural central kindergartens in each county, and teachers can choose places at will. Teacher Yang and I chose to go to he cheng, Xinhuang and Zhijiang to learn from the scriptures.

The evaluation of one-day activities mainly includes the following aspects: children's morning exercises, game activities, teachers' classes, reports and performances by teachers and children (including three children's programs and three teachers). This activity covers a wide range and participates in many parks. What impressed me the most are the following points: First, kindergartens pay attention to the layout of the environment. From outdoor to indoor, it uses some wastes, such as waste CDs, various plastic bottles and waste paper. The environmental layout of Zhijiang Yanjiao Central Kindergarten is specially prepared. From wall decoration to hanging decoration, they all reflect their own Dong township characteristics, such as Dong brocade, straw sandals, lost paper and so on. Secondly, the teachers carefully designed the classes, especially the three classes in Zhijiang Yanjiao Central Kindergarten. The small class is a language activity, the middle class is a music activity, and the big class is a society and health. Modern teaching methods are well used in each class, and the courseware is carefully made, with novel materials and suitable for children's age.

Create a relaxed and pleasant learning environment, such as Donald Duck, a music activity in the middle class. Children are particularly interested in making use of the different changes of two pieces of music to make them feel the difference between a fat Donald Duck and Donald Duck who lost weight after exercise. "China Kung Fu" social and health class, using courseware to show children China Wushu culture and China Wushu spirit, let them know some martial arts stars such as Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Donnie Yen, learn some simple Shaolin Kung Fu such as snake boxing, drunken boxing, Tai Ji Chuan and monkey boxing, and explain some boring social knowledge to children well, so that children can understand and be curious. This is worth learning. Third, the teachers are younger than our county, especially the six teachers in Fangjiatun Central Kindergarten in Xinhuang, among whom four kindergarten teachers are young and lively, and each teacher has his own specialties. All the children's dance teams in his own garden showed us their basic skills when they reported their performances. It can be seen that they spent time and energy. It's good to be young. They envy them.

This time, I went out to observe and study, while enjoying the wonderful work of others, I also found many shortcomings. In the future, I will be strict with myself, learn from each other's strengths and seriously reflect. I remember a special teacher said, "Do what you should do and get what you didn't expect." Yes, there are so many unknown people in preschool education posts that they don't fight for anything. Ordinary posts also have extraordinary things. Let's work together!

I feel very honored to have the opportunity to observe the evaluation activities of mathematics teaching in kindergartens in Zhejiang Province. When I came to the lecture hall of Dongyang Middle School in Dongyang City, I saw nearly 800 preschool education experts, teaching researchers and educational colleagues struggling in the front line of preschool education gathered here. I deeply realize that this must be a high-quality and high-level teaching competition, and this activity will definitely benefit me a lot.

During the two-day 12 math teaching activity, teachers showed the methods and means of how to classify, classify, correspond, count and transfer math knowledge in kindergarten math teaching activities from many directions and angles. It pointed out the direction for me who has been hesitating in kindergarten mathematics teaching activities and gave me strong theoretical guidance and dynamic support. Dr. Zhao, Mathematics Education in Zhejiang Province; Yu Lili, a provincial researcher; The wonderful comments of the special-grade teachers of mathematics education in the province are like the keys to the problems in my daily teaching and lectures.

Viewpoint 1: Why do students who are engaged in mathematics activities put themselves into life?

The provincial doctor of mathematics education pointed out: the content of mathematics teaching should be close to children's lives and choose things and problems that children are interested in. Only in this way can we awaken children's existing knowledge and experience, and only in this way can the educational content have direct significance to children's future life and study. "In fact, making children's mathematics teaching content alive is to create a background for children's teaching activities. For example, "opening a supermarket" in mathematics activities in large classes is to move the supermarket shopping links that children are familiar with to the classroom. In this kind of atmosphere created by teachers, the interaction between children and teachers is more real and appropriate, which is also a link to shorten the background distance for children, so that children can invest better and more appropriately, and expand their experiences and horizons. Let children experience the fun of learning mathematics in familiar life games.

Viewpoint 2: Why should children be given more thinking space and more right to speak?

Senior teachers in Taizhou pointed out that if children come down from a class without any doubts, objections and more different ideas, it can't be regarded as a successful class, and the real meaning of this activity can't be reflected. Only when children have more different ideas and opinions can they show that children are thinking. In the whole process of thinking, teachers and children have a cognitive conflict, and then a spark of wisdom can break out. This is the meaning of the activity. As a teacher, we should reasonably guide children to think and give them more right to speak. For example, in the math activity "wearing necklaces" in the big class, the teacher took away several necklaces that he thought were irregular at first, but I didn't have to think about it. If the rope for wearing a necklace can be longer, it may make children wear rules. How important is it to give children more say in this link?

Viewpoint 3: Why should the purpose of each operation be clear?

Operability is very important in mathematics teaching activities, but the depth of operation times also reflects the purpose and value of each operation activity. If every operation has no purpose and every operation is incomplete, then the operation link in teaching activities will lose its original value. For example, the math activity "solitaire game" in the big class, every operation is not thorough step by step, and it is more difficult every time. The number of changes from form to form, from counting to quantity, from quantity to result, and finally from result to form is the way for teachers to let children pass on knowledge.

Viewpoint 4: How much knowledge can children learn in one class?

Dongyang special math teacher said: For mastering knowledge, a teacher should not only let children learn some knowledge, but also teach them to learn some knowledge, that is to say, both quality and quantity are needed. Establish embryonic knowledge for children in the classroom, which must have the vitality it carries and can be used indefinitely. In other words, teachers should never look at what is happening around their children in an adult way of thinking. For example, let children learn to draw a profile of a person. When children draw profiles, they show that they have two eyes. This can't be denied immediately, because people have two eyes when drawing positive people. At this time, you should see that the child has made use of the transfer of knowledge.

Viewpoint 5: How to face the individual differences of children?

Yan Lili, a provincial researcher, said: "Every child is a different individual, and different individuals have different needs. These different individuals can be roughly divided into three categories; The first category is: foresight, the second category is hindsight, and the third category is unconscious. The breakthrough of how to face the differences between them lies in: first, pay more attention to how children think, which is to create more thinking space for children and talk more; Second, we should discover and discover the spark of education in time.

The above five points are my feelings after my trip to Dongyang, which will be the theoretical basis for my future teaching activities.
