The so-called counterattack target is used to strengthen the counterattack capability of fighters in combat. In practice, the sparring partner attacks the practitioner with one or several actions, and the practitioner hits the target position according to the target position presented by the sparring partner when defending the opponent's attack or at the moment after defense. In practice, both sides can move with certain footwork, the practitioner can fight back after defending an attack, and the sparring partner can also show several different target positions continuously from showing one target position, so that the boxer can transition from a single counterattack to a continuous counterattack against the opponent's attack.
In this exercise, the actions of both sides can be agreed in advance or arbitrary. If it is agreed in advance, then after completing the last round of exercises, continue the next round of training with the same agreed exercises. If it is arbitrary, after completing a round of hitting, it is necessary to design a feasible next round of target hitting practice according to the intention of the joint trainer and the actual performance of the boxer.
Hit the reaction target
This is a method of shooting from hitting a fixed target to hitting a moving target. It not only consolidates the training results obtained by shooting fixed targets, but also lays the foundation for practicing shooting moving targets. Of course, this is for beginners, and it is by no means the fundamental purpose of practicing reaction goals. Its main purpose is to cultivate and improve the boxer's reaction speed and quick judgment ability in the application of offensive techniques.
In practice, boxers and sparring partners always keep a certain distance from each other. The sparring partner suddenly shows the target position, and the boxer responds quickly according to the target position displayed by the opponent and makes an accurate analysis and judgment. Judging what action should be taken to hit the center of the target position from the height of the target position, the distance from us, the target surface orientation and other factors. If it is judged that the target surface is suitable for forehand straight boxing, then the target is decisive for forehand straight boxing; If you think this target position is suitable for kicking with your front foot, you will not hesitate to kick with your front foot.
Of course, it is because the training level of each boxer is different. In practice, the two sides can also agree to do a reaction target practice of a certain technical action, such as doing a reaction target practice of a forehand straight fist. Before practice, both sides clearly show the target position of forehand straight fist, and the practitioner can quickly respond to the target of forehand straight fist. At this time, the practitioner knows that it is a forehand straight fist reaction target practice, so he does not analyze and judge to hit the target with a combination of technical movements.
Sparring partners can also show several different targets in the process of hitting the target. The sparring partner should explain in advance what kind of targets will appear in the training, such as the targets hit by several technical actions such as the forehand straight fist, forehand hook, front leg swing kick, or the targets hit by other or more technical actions.
The sparring partner presents the target according to the pre-agreed hitting action, not in a certain order. It can also be trained randomly by sparring with the target. All kinds of goals suddenly appeared. Before the training, the two sides didn't agree which action, which actions or how many actions were to hit the reaction target. It is up to the target holder to decide which target position to present and throw the target at will.
When practicing the reaction target, the sparring partner should accurately display the target, hold the target after the display, withdraw the target immediately after the opponent hits the target, and then display the next target after the practitioner returns to the actual combat posture. Don't display the target position at will, but think about what kind of offensive technical action to display the target position in advance.
Hit a comprehensive target
Hitting the combination target is mainly used to strengthen the ability of combination (serial) attack. The method is to hit the target repeatedly with a specific combination action, or to hit the target with corresponding technical actions according to the target position randomly presented at the sparring scene. In practice, sparring partners should switch to the next target position immediately after the boxer hits the target position, without waiting for the opponent to return to the actual position. Boxers should immediately switch to the next target action after hitting the target position once. In the process of shooting, the target holder can stand still, the practitioner can move with the footwork, or both sides can move with the footwork.
Of course, no matter which training method is adopted, it depends on the training level of the boxer. If the two sides attack the target with a specific attack combination arranged in advance, the target position design of this combination must be targeted, aiming at the weak links of the boxer, so that the boxer can forge all directions, all angles, multiple attack distances and multiple attack technologies after training, and carry out high-density, high-intensity three-dimensional serial attacks to kill the enemy.
If the boxer practices according to the target position randomly presented by the sparring partner, the sparring partner should always figure out in his mind what kind of target position to present, the target position at the first blow and the target position at the second blow, in combination with the actual level of the trainer (focusing on the weak link of raising hands), the performance during on-the-spot training, the task of the training class (aiming at the specific problems of the boxer) and the above points. Until the target position at the last blow, so as to guide the boxer to make multi-angle, high-density and realistic serial attacks and hit the target with the diversity and randomness of the target position. According to the individual characteristics, training level and classroom tasks of the practitioners, exercises with different difficulties and contents are designed.
Matters needing attention in target training
In the target practice, always hit the center of the target surface, the strength should penetrate the target surface and extend backward, and the whole body should relax before hitting the target, and the hitting should be fast and powerful. In sparring, the target lifting speed should be changed from slow to fast, and the target lifting time should start from the target position 1 s, and then gradually shorten the stay time with the boxer's proficiency, such as 1/2 s and 1/3 s, so as to improve the punching speed and reaction speed. If the boxer is allowed to practice hitting the target once or twice, the stay time of raising the target position will be extended by one beat. For a boxer with a certain level, the raised target position should be impossible for the boxer to prevent, so as to improve the boxer's reaction ability and judgment ability. It must be remembered that sparring partners should always remind the standard, effectiveness and correctness of the action when raising their hands to target, and correct any mistakes in time, so that they can always pay attention to their defense when attacking and counterattacking, and let boxers develop the habit of keeping a good offensive and defensive posture at all times.
Don't loosen your hands too much when holding the target, but tighten your hands immediately when the boxer hits the target, which can not only avoid wrist and elbow injuries, but also cushion the blow; Zhongli maintains its own balance, and when hitting the target, it will not make the boxer feel powerless and lose interest in practicing. The target position should start from the place where the boxer can easily hit with normal and standardized movements. For example, when practicing straight boxing, we should start from the target position that the practitioner can easily hit, and then gradually lengthen the target distance or change the height, or alternately change the three straight boxing distances, so as to strengthen the boxer's sense of distance and judgment, and make the boxer's technical movements more flexible and adapt to the needs of actual combat.
Boxers shouldn't hit the target with all their strength from the beginning. The best way is to let the boxer hit the target position gently first, and then gradually increase the strength, which is helpful to cultivate the correct strength and understanding of full-strength hitting. Try to find an experienced sparring partner to keep the target. He will further improve your skills, because he will use his own personal shooting experience to cooperate and guide your training, which will make you take fewer detours. Raise your hand and be fully prepared before hitting the target.
In the process of learning martial arts, shooting practice has long played an important role with its unique value and is favored by the majority of fighting enthusiasts.
