Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College, located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is an independent public institution of higher learning at the undergraduate level. It is a national-level innovative experimental zone for talent training mode of entrepreneurship education, an innovative experimental zone for talent training mode in Zhejiang Province, a research base for entrepreneurship education in Zhejiang Province, a pilot demonstration college for application-oriented construction, and a demonstration entrepreneurship college for ordinary universities in Zhejiang Province.

On March 12, 2023, the signing ceremony of the cooperation between Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College and Yueqing Municipal People's Government to build Yueqing Campus of Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College was held in Yueqing.

Yueqing Campus is located in the north of Shengli Pond in Binhai New Area, Chengdong Street, Yueqing City, with a total area of 570 mu and a planned total construction area of 280,000 square meters. It is planned to be completed and put into use in September 2025 and September 2026, with a long-term enrollment of about 5,000 people.

It is initially planned to set up about 12 majors such as electrical engineering and automation, internet of things engineering and artificial intelligence.
