Dear friend, how have you been recently? Don't you live in a hurry You breathe smoothly. Is it safe to rest?

I often sigh that in the fast-paced and high-pressure life, modern people may face information overload one day, which often challenges me. Is it more necessary to practice mindfulness?

Recently, I participated in two mindfulness activities and realized that mindfulness is not limited to the professional practice of practitioners, but can be integrated into every detail of our lives. I really want to share it with friends in need, so that they can be more comfortable and stable in a busy life.

Fortunately, by fate, Mr. Shuai Shuai and Mr. Xiao Yu from Xinzhan have created a space of peace of mind with us. In the next six months, teachers plan to share and practice mindfulness with you in the space once every two weeks.

However, some friends may feel a little abstract when they first see the words "mindfulness breathing" and "mindfulness rest", or they may know "mindfulness" and "yoga". The guidance of the two teachers is also different from my previous experience. How can I share these concepts and benefits?

As a beginner, I want to use pictures to vividly show the differences before and after practice, which may help you understand. Of course, it is not a standard answer, but a new perspective of my personal gains, and I will share it with you.

Mindfulness means being aware of what is happening at the moment without judging. It is very valuable to have this kind of "consciousness". Before practice, I don't care much about my health. When practicing, the teacher sometimes asks "What happened just now?" Sometimes my mind is blank, as if I were greeting, just like an unattended TV playing automatically, and I pass by unconsciously every day.

The teacher told us that it doesn't matter, we can "review". I think it's like pressing the rewind button of "play back" to review what the body has just done and thought, and then to realize the body and the present. I don't know until I feel it, and I don't know until I feel it. Of course, this is a process that needs constant practice.

During the activity, everyone began to sit still. In the past, when I was sitting still, I would think nothing and watch my breathing, but when I started practicing, my mind was full of thoughts and my mind was distracted. Teacher Shuai Shuai said that giving us more freedom is one of the ways to "pull back our thoughts and observe our breathing" in meditation. You can choose to practice concentration, or you can take time for yourself to sort out one thing in a few minutes, provided that these choices are conscious ~

Wow, now we know why and why. It turns out that akathisia thinks nothing, but wants to see and choose consciously. I can't fight against myself any more, and my heart is gradually quiet in awareness.

Later, the teacher guided us to feel and react to the body. Teacher Shuai Shuai, led by him, is a yogi. He said that yoga must be mindfulness.

I have also learned some poses of yoga before, but I was at a loss when I first learned it. For example, I will force myself to stick to an action for five seconds, and then I will stagger and fail to do it well. A partner mentioned that I was injured while practicing yoga before. This time, the teacher guided us to feel how comfortable and effortless our bodies are with consciousness. I realize that posture is relaxed, and we don't have to rely on willpower or endurance to complete it, so our body and mind will slowly relax.

Before learning yoga, I think it is good to pursue the same posture as the instructor, because if I can't do it at first, I will feel great frustration, and I don't feel the real needs of my body in the process.

Through the teacher's sharing, I understand that I can be aware of my body without being trapped by a certain posture. The posture of my body is the natural result of being in a proper posture at any time. In the activity, everyone's posture is different, and it seems that everyone's physical needs are different. Gently connecting with my body in this way, my body also gives me a feeling of relaxation and comfort.

At the end of the activity, Mr. Shuai Shuai said that the activity ended at four o'clock, and it's not four o'clock yet, so don't worry. The seemingly simple words touched me. Isn't this my relaxed mode? Seeing the time, it is easy to be anxious, regret the past and worry about the future. A lot of ideas and plans come up: when to go back, what to do in the evening, and plans for the future. ...

Later, I reminded myself that living in the peace of the moment, without anxiety, everything can be arranged after the end, and there is a sense of practicality of "living in the moment wholeheartedly".

Mindfulness will not end without activity space. Teacher Shuai Shuai said that we should organize exercises every other week, hoping that we can have time to practice in our life. So in which scenes can you practice?

What inspires me is that I can practice mindfulness in the subway. Before taking the subway, many people wanted to have a seat to rest. If I hadn't sat on it, I might have been tired after shopping all morning. After learning mindfulness, we can practice standing without consuming energy in this process, just like in activities, I can understand what posture my knees and legs use to properly cooperate with each other, which is really easy to achieve in dynamic balance.

In addition to standing and walking in mindfulness when commuting, mindfulness can also occur anywhere in life. I used to think that only sleeping is rest, but when I am conscious, I can consume less energy or even no energy when I work and do housework. Even if you sleep, you don't have to "lie in bed". I can relate my body to how to relax and be comfortable, which can also improve the quality of rest.

Just like typing now, I will move my neck slowly. If you read this article, you can also feel your fingers, neck and so on. Need your response, change your posture. Mindfulness can happen at any time.

The four words that impressed me deeply in this activity are "taking perception as a teacher". It used to be easy to learn from heart and method. Sometimes, I fall into the drudgery of "knowing" but "not doing" and am restricted by rules and regulations. Now I practice returning to physical and mental awareness. With more stability, "doing" will happen more easily.

In practice, some partners mentioned that they used to pay too much attention to their own thoughts and too little contact with their bodies. I feel the same way. Sometimes when I get up in the morning, all kinds of thoughts are like dark clouds, which make me feel nervous, confused, anxious, out of touch with my body and exhausted at the end of the day.

In the past few weeks, I have practiced mindfulness and awareness of my body in my life. Although it has never been possible, there is often a feeling of clarity. Even when there are difficulties, I seem to be able to face them more flexibly, just like adding clothes in cold weather, holding an umbrella in rainy days, and learning and using them flexibly.

Perhaps some people care about a real and direct question: "What are the benefits of practicing mindfulness? Teacher Shuai Shuai said, I hope that after we finish, everyone will walk out of the door of space, feel the improvement of energy and be empowered. ...

After the activity, some partners said they were relaxed, some partners said they were not so tired, and their pain was reduced ... I think everyone should charge. Of course, practice is a process that needs to be accumulated gradually.

Teacher Shuai Shuai said that at least one person was "healthy" and everyone laughed. I thought: What kind of bike do you need? "Good health" is such a precious foundation. That's good. Take your time ~

For me who is easily tired, this sentence is simply "Versailles", haha, and I can't help but admire that the teachers' bodies are like a river after years of practice. It's good to get stuck so smoothly, but it's not too late to start. For me, it's good to start now.

After the activity, Teacher Xiao Yu also shared with us the practice of seasonal dishes. In my opinion, these two advocates of mindfulness are like two creators of life. Yes, the creator is knowledgeable in every breath, every meal and every meal, so that we can live a quality life ~
