On the road of life, we should make full use of Taoist thought and easily resolve all kinds of accidents and difficulties. The life of dancing Tai Chi is a different life, a positive and optimistic life. Mr. Shen also shared his physical condition when he started to practice straight piles, which made us realize that the human body is a small world, and Yin and Yang are constantly running, and there are often times when Yin and Yang are not harmonious, that is, when there is something wrong with the body.
