Decomposition of basic steps in samba teaching
The basic steps of samba teaching are broken down as follows:

First, action decomposition: left and right sweeping steps.

Step on the left side with your left foot, draw the hip joint from right to left, open and straighten your left hand, and draw an arc elbow from your face with your right hand. Touch the back of your right foot while pressing your hips down, swing your right hand backwards and straighten it, and draw an arc elbow with your left hand from your face.

Second, the basic steps.

Men's and women's feet are together, and the center of gravity is on the right foot. Step forward with your left foot, sink your left knee, and bend your right knee-slowly, step forward with the bottom of your right foot, change your center of gravity on the one hand, and straighten your right knee on the other,-quickly return your center of gravity to your left foot, and sink your knees-slowly.

Right foot retreats, right knee sinks, left knee bends-slowly, left foot retreats, changing center of gravity, left knee bends, right knee bends at the same time-quickly, center of gravity returns to right foot, and knee straightens-slowly.

Samba dance:

Samba (Portuguese: samba) is a kind of dance and music that originated in Bahia, Brazil. It originated from the ritual dance of African aborigines, was brought to Brazil by slaves sold to Brazil, and then mixed with other cultures spread to the local area, and gradually evolved into today's samba.

Samba is now regarded as a symbol of Brazil, a symbol of Brazilian carnival and one of the most popular expressions of Brazilian culture. Among them, circle samba in Bahia (a samba in Rio de Janeiro) was listed in the representative list of human intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO in 2005.

Samba originated in Africa. The word "samba" is said to have evolved from the word "samba" of Kimbandu, the second largest Angolan tribe in Africa. "Samba" is a passionate belly dance.
