The first phase lasts for 3 days:

I lost 6j in the first three days, but it was not particularly difficult in the first three days.
On the first day, I was very relaxed, didn't eat anything, and drank eight cups of green tea (mm can drink roses, chrysanthemums, green tea, cassia seeds and oolong tea according to their own preferences, which are all good slimming teas). The next morning, I didn't react. In the afternoon, I watched my roommate eat chicken legs with relish, which was a little unbearable, but I persisted and drank eight cups of green tea as usual. On the third day, I obviously felt weak. My dormitory is on the sixth floor. I obviously felt unable to walk, so I chose to sleep and drank 8 glasses of water as usual. My roommate ate melon seeds in the evening, 555555 ... I said to myself, on the last day, I must hold on! ..... Hee hee, three days passed like this! I'm a little happy, but I lost 6j, which I think is worth it ~ ~
I lost 8j in the middle of 8 days, but I actually looked forward to it for a long time on the fourth day. Because I haven't eaten for three days, seeing apples is as exciting as finding the source of life in the desert. I ate three apples that day, one in the morning, one in the middle and one in the evening (eat at 5 pm, make sure I didn't eat any dd before going to bed, and didn't drink water for 2 hours before going to bed ~ ~). One day's apple meal passed like this ~ ~ very satisfied! On the fifth day, eat an apple meal as on the sixth day and the fourth day ~ ~ Chew cucumber on the seventh day, the eighth day and the ninth day, and add a tomato every day (supplement vc). On the tenth and eleventh days, I ate a tomato in the morning and two cucumbers at noon and evening. The eight days in between ended like this.
What needs to be added is that on the first 1 1 day, I insist on attending an Amway vc every day. On the fifth to sixth day, I drank a cup of skim milk powder before getting up and ate a piece of aloe powder before going to bed to prevent constipation. On the day of 1 1, I also had the idea of giving up, but every time I saw beautiful clothes, I thought of seeing the admiring eyes in my boyfriend's eyes every time I went out with my boyfriend and saw mm with a good figure ... all the motivation was there!
10 days later, I lost 5j, and the last eight days passed smoothly and easily. There is nothing special to pay attention to in my diet. Eat three meals on time every day, and the appetite is 60% full. I didn't eat any food five hours before going to bed. Of course, during this period, I still drink 8 glasses of water every day and eat an aloe powder before going to bed every day!
Because I strictly implemented the 2 1 day diet and didn't cheat, my weight ranged from 108 to 88 before 2 1 day, hehe, so happy! Now I have a good figure, no stomach, and my whole body looks well-proportioned.
