All the movement functions of dancers can only be formed on the basis of proprioception. The purpose of using mirrors in the training room is to help dancers perceive the correct posture or correct the wrong movements through vision, and then experience and perceive the different states of shortening, relaxing and tightening of muscles, tendons and ligaments in each movement with the help of proprioceptors, thus creating conditions for the cerebral cortex to make a complex comprehensive analysis of sports behavior. Finally, they can practice repeatedly according to their own perception, get familiar with and remember the movements, and then leave the mirror and show beautiful dances on the stage.
