Preference Ctrl+K settings:

First, remove the checkmark from the preferences-plug-ins, technical preview, and then restart PS.

2. On the 2.Preference-Performance tab, the memory is adjusted to 60% and the cache level is 4.

Three. Preferences-Workspace-Automatically collapse, show and hide panels unchecked.

Four. Preferences -3D. Uncheck all options in the technical preview.

5. The task manager CTRL+ALT+DEL-Adobe's genuine verification process and Creative Cloud have both ended this process!

There are bugs in PS 20 17 and PS 20 18. Even if it is set up, the memory utilization rate will still be high (meaning that as much memory as you have, it will take up as much memory when processing, leaving less for the system, and it will naturally get stuck). PS CC 20 15.5 is stable and takes up less memory!
