Today I will share a set of stretching exercises with you. This set of stretching exercises is suitable for use after practice or before going to bed. Stretching a set every day can relieve the whole body and release stress.

Exercise: Stretch 15 ~ 30s each time, and do 3 ~ 5 groups.

Note: Keep breathing evenly when stretching, and don't hold your breath.
