1, neck
Manipulation is a small but strong circular motion, which divides the cervical vertebra into two sides and massages them from the bottom of the neck to the bottom of the scalp, and the left and right sides of the cervical vertebra form a circular massage motion.
Step 2: Shoulder
Massage repeatedly from shoulder to neck with thumb and palm by sliding, stroking and rubbing.
3. Back
Use sliding, stroking and rubbing, the strength can be strong or weak, but never massage the spine. Starting from the inside of the lower back, the movements of both hands should be consistent and smooth, massage up to the shoulders and then massage down to the outside of the back. Repeat this massage several times.
4. Abdomen
Touch your fingers with essential oil and slide them. When you massage yourself, circle clockwise, and when you massage others, it is counterclockwise.
5. arm, arm (plural of arm)
Put your fingers together, press the forearm muscles back and forth with fingertip strength, and push your fingers up from your elbows to your shoulders. 6. Legs
Relax your fingers, bend along the leg shape, from ankle to thigh, gently knead and squeeze massage from bottom to top.
