3, the difficulty of solving the problem. Generally speaking, through work inspection, mutual learning and mutual evaluation, we can not only see the achievements of our own work, development and changes, but also see the development potential and future hope. However, while affirming the development achievements, we should also clearly recognize the existing problems and shortcomings. First, the overall level is not strong. From the perspective of villages and towns, although we have adjusted the financial statistics this year and classified the real estate income into the local township statistics, if the county-level fiscal revenues such as Xiaolan Economic Development Zone and Yinsanjiao are excluded, the fiscal revenues of other 1- 1 16 villages and towns in the county will reach 21this year. Around the overall situation of the county's development, all localities and departments, according to the requirements of what to do, how to do it and who will do it, have a good grasp of the upper situation, understand the lower situation, conform to the truth, constantly optimize their thinking and innovate their work, which has condensed the knowledge of the broad masses of cadres and played a role in promoting development. Of course, there are also a few towns and departments that indulge in inertial thinking, and a few cadres are used to floating on it, with unclear ideas and few ways of thinking, which leads to little improvement in work and delays development opportunities. 2. Focus on driving the overall situation. Grasping the key points can get twice the result with half the effort, and breaking through the key points will make the whole situation come alive. 3. Features create advantages. The development conditions of towns or development zones are different, and the responsibilities of different departments are different. Only based on its own characteristics, amplifying its own advantages, and actively participating in the overall situation of county development can we stand on its own feet and truly serve the overall situation of county from all levels, showing the superposition effect of "everyone collects firewood with high flame". We always advocate classified assessment and differentiated development, and towns (development zones) follow the idea of being suitable for industry, agriculture and business, take a characteristic road and build a characteristic brand, forming a good situation of competing development; We always advocate that industry should be concentrated in the park, population should be concentrated in the market town, and factors of production should be concentrated in the capable people. 4. Style influences the result. Everyone is equal before the opportunity. Although the working conditions and foundations of various towns and departments are different, the development opportunities they face are similar. In the face of these development opportunities and ambitions, some people sit and talk, some people are confused, some people work hard, and some people are comfortable. It is precisely because everyone has different styles that the development results are different. Judging from the current momentum, the pattern of shuffling of various departments in the county continues to emerge. In the final analysis, it is closely related to the quality of work style, which once again confirms a truth: everything is hard work and promising. We must not let some people who are confused and delay their career development delay their own development. No one's face is more important than the development of Nanchang County. Practice has proved that the realization of goals and tasks depends on the style of cadres at all levels. Third, several requirements.
