Second, God gave us a mouth to eat. Is that a waste?
So, what can we eat with our mouths open? As advanced animals, we have the right to choose what to eat.
When we are greedy, it is still possible to change the content of the food we eat. And how to eat, when to eat, how much to eat!
Some people will ask, stop complaining and tell me what to eat!
Such as fruits and vegetables: apples, bananas, cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and so on.
There are also beans and nuts: such as soybeans, mung beans, red beans, black beans, walnuts, red dates, sesame seeds and so on.
Third, eat slowly, especially after 8 pm, and don't eat any solid food.
As mentioned in my previous article, from 4 am to 12 am is the excretion stage of the body, from 12 to 20 pm is the absorption stage of the body, and from 20 pm to 4 pm the next day is the storage stage of the body.
If you eat too much at night, all the calories will be stored in your body and become your little meat. This is the time to eat, and it is also very important. No matter what is delicious, you should eat at the right time.
And control the delicious amount. For example, pesticides are toxic, and licking them won't kill people. We control our appetite, that is, control the amount. There is a limit to what is delicious, and more is not enough.
Finally, if every fat baby is hungry, it is ok to eat some fruits, vegetables and nuts as I say, and never eat industrial food with additives and processing.
