Quite a few. Many desserts can be made without rubbing them yourself.

In my opinion, the simplest thing is egg tart. Just buy ready-made egg tart skin and egg tart liquid. Put it in the oven or air fryer and set the time.

A little more complicated, there are the following.

1. Baked sweet potato with cheese

Ingredients: 2 sweet potatoes, condensed milk, cheese and sliced peach kernels.

Practice: 1, peel the sweet potato and cut it into pieces, put it in the pot and steam it thoroughly, 12 minutes or so. When chopsticks can be inserted easily, it means they are cooked;

2. After the sweet potato is steamed, put it in a bowl and press it into a sweet potato paste;

3. Add sugar and condensed milk and continue to stir evenly;

4. Spread the processed sweet potato paste into a baking bowl and smooth it;

5. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese evenly;

6. Finally, add the peach kernel slices, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the middle layer for about 20 minutes, and the cheese surface has a slightly burnt color.

2. Egg tart skin pineapple cake

Ingredients: half pineapple, 40g sugar, egg tart skin 16, 2 teaspoons starch.

Practice: 1, peel off pineapple, remove pineapple nails, cut into large pieces, soak in salt water for 30 minutes, take out and control drying;

2. Dice the pineapple meat, add sugar to the diced pineapple in the pot, and stir fry over low heat until the pineapple becomes transparent and slightly sticky.

3. Pour in 2 tablespoons starch water and stir fry. Turn off the fire after the pineapple becomes sticky and let it cool thoroughly.

4. Take out the egg tart skin by freezing, warm it for 20 minutes, and put the cooled pineapple meat into the egg tart skin, not too full;

5. Fold the egg tart skin in half (the tin foil paper shell is reserved to keep the egg tart skin intact), pinch it tightly, lightly press it, preheat the oven 180 degrees, and bake it in the middle layer of the oven for 20 minutes;

6, take out the baking tray, carefully remove the tin foil shell of the egg tart, and then put it in the oven to bake for about 10 minutes;

7. Take out the baking tray again, brush with egg yolk liquid, and continue to bake in the oven until the surface is golden.
