Aerobic exercise is combined with basic strength training. You probably mean to lose weight as the main purpose. That would be much easier. After completing some simple strength training, such as sit-ups, push-ups and squats, do aerobic exercise for half an hour to one hour, such as running and skipping rope. It takes at least 30 minutes to consume body fat. Of course, the longer the better, the longer the time, the greater the chance of muscle injury. Three times a week is enough for strength training, and aerobic training is enough for days without strength training.
