With the approval of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, the channel officially stopped broadcasting on July 1 day, 2065438.

China national radio's predecessor, Handan Xinhua Radio Station, has been broadcasting until May 22nd, 1948. It was broadcast in Pingshan, Shijiazhuang and Tianhu Village, jingxing mining area, and moved to Beiping on March 24th. 1949. After the founding of New China, it was changed to China People's Broadcasting Station.
