Practice of ginger brown sugar water
Ingredients: 36 grams of ginger, 40 grams of brown sugar, 800 ml of purified water;
Practice steps:
Peel ginger, wash and cut into pieces (3 mm thick), and then pat it open with a knife;
Pour pure water into the pot, put down the ginger slices and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat;
Turn to low heat, add brown sugar and stir to melt evenly;
Cook for another two to three minutes, put it in a bowl, and let the ginger and red dates cool to the point where they are easy to drink;
Note: people with yin deficiency, severe internal heat, inflammation, hepatitis, easy to get angry and hair loss should use ginger brown sugar water with caution.
