Step 3: Beat the whipped cream to about 50%, then add 100ml milk, 60g sugar and half mango puree and stir well. Finally, add Geely powder, stir, pour into molds, pour half of each mold, and then put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Step 4: Add 30ml of cold boiled water to QQ sugar, heat and melt it, then pour in the other half of mango puree, stir well, take out the solidified mold and fill the other half, then take it out after refrigeration for about 1 hour.
Matters needing attention
Don't boil Geely powder when it is heated, it will dissolve at about 60 degrees Celsius. Pay attention to small fire. After dissolution, it is best to keep the temperature of hot water. Geely powder will solidify at 10- 15℃, and it doesn't matter in summer. When the temperature is low in winter, it should be heated to avoid solidification. In addition, if you want to make jelly pudding with other flavors, you just need to change mango into other fruits.
