Is 22 years old and 63 pounds a slimming?
(1) Calculation method of standard weight: At present, there are two main methods:

① standard weight (kg) = height (cm)-105

(male)

= Height (cm)-107.5

(female)

② standard weight (kg)=[ height (cm)- 100] x 0.9 (male)

= [height (cm)-100] x 0.85 (female)

No matter which calculation method you choose, you can know whether you are overweight if you know your standard weight and compare it with your actual weight.

If the weight has exceeded the standard weight, you can use the following formula to calculate the percentage of overweight (also known as obesity):

Overweight percentage (%) = (actual weight-standard weight) ÷ standard weight x

100%

Anything over the standard weight 10% is called overweight. 20% over the standard weight is called mild obesity; More than 30% of the standard weight is called moderate obesity; More than 50% of the standard weight is called severe obesity; Anything less than 20% of the standard weight is emaciation.

For example, calculate the standard weight: male, 30 years old, height 170cm, standard weight 170 (cm)- 105, that is, the standard weight of male should be 65kg. Overweight: The actual weight of the man is 85kg. Overweight percentage (%); (85—65)÷65× 100%≈3 1%

Men's weight exceeds the standard weight by about 3 1%, which belongs to the range of moderate obesity.
