I can't afford it, but it doesn't mean I have no idea. When an idea comes, you don't welcome it, that is, ignore it, don't hate it, and don't suppress it. Because hate itself is a delusion. The suppression is even worse. If it is suppressed for a long time, it will become memoryless and cannot be used for magical purposes. You can't grasp the idea. The present idea will soon become the past idea. Those thoughts are information, acquired consciousness, what we know from generation to generation, what we learn and what we see in our brains. When you meditate, it starts to be released ... and then it disappears. It is wrong to look at yourself when you are depressed. Just let it go, go wherever you want, and leave it alone. What do you mean, everything is fate? This is called fate.

How to solve leg pain and back pain during meditation?
At the beginning of meditation, you will encounter leg pain and low back pain, which are mainly caused by insufficient blood and poor lumbar spine, coccyx, legs and waist. The solution is as follows:
(1) When you meditate, keep your body straight and don't bend over.
(2) To solve the problem of leg pain, we must keep the submarine chakra where the perineum and Changqiang point (the tip of coccyx) are located unblocked, because the leg is controlled by the lumbar vertebrae and coccyx, and the most important thing is the submarine chakra.
(3) The length of meditation is a key issue. A short time is equivalent to turning off the fire before the water boils. A pot of water a day can't be boiled for a lifetime. Therefore, in meditation, when the legs feel numb, try not to think about them. At this time, the more I think about it, the more painful it is. At this time, you can use the method of diverting attention to observe other parts. In this process, you must bear it. I can't die anyway, and my leg can't be broken. Let it go. After a long time, once the air rushes over, it doesn't hurt anymore.
(4) Whether the mind is quiet during meditation is also related to the length of meditation and whether the legs are numb. If you calm down, the meditation time will be naturally prolonged unconsciously, and the leg pain will soon pass. To be quiet, the key is to eat less. Eating once a day or crossing the valley is very beneficial to keep your mind quiet during meditation.
(5) At the beginning of meditation, if the leg pain is really unbearable, you can slightly lift the sides of your hips and let the gas rush past. If not, you can loosen your legs for a few minutes before continuing the dish. The pain gradually stopped.
(6) When meditating, stay on the submarine wheel and recite aloud, such as: hum, ah, moo, only one word at a time, prolong the sound, make a noise to aggravate the nasal sound, and visualize the vibration of the submarine wheel. The sound will spread in all directions from the midvein, which can last for half an hour to an hour at a time, so that the submarine wheel can be washed away as soon as possible, and the leg pain can be washed away as soon as possible. This method can not only open the legs, but also open various chakras, eliminate lesions, open the middle pulse, glow, eliminate karma and so on. These effects have been repeatedly verified.
(7) In addition, for beginners of meditation, the cushion for meditation is also very important. I usually see many people sitting on thick and soft sponge cushions during meditation. This kind of cushion sinks in the middle after sitting, and the deeper it sinks, the greater the reaction force to bounce up and oppress the buttocks, but it is not conducive to the smooth flow of blood in the legs by oppressing Yin Hui and Changqiang points.
When sitting quietly, if you sit cross-legged, you can raise your hips by about an inch, so that everyone is comfortable and the scrotum and perineum are not oppressed. Close your eyes slightly when you sit still, but don't close your eyes immediately. Sit still for a while, then slowly droop. If you are sleepy, just open your eyes slightly and hang the curtains. Legs and feet are the starting points of meditation.

Only when you meditate with your legs open can you sit still, and it is easier to relax when you sit still. It is natural for the body to relax. The body has no extra strength. After that, there will be a warm phase like a child sleeping. With a warm phase, your body will be soft, less disturbing to your mind and easier to be quiet. Began to meditate, either physical pain or spiritual struggle. Meditation is one of the best ways to calm the body and mind.
Xu of the Western School said in Tianle Ji: "Warm and numb": "At this time, from mouth and nose breathing to pore breathing, opening and closing, flowing with the world, nothing is natural, that is, from limbs to five internal organs, pedestrians feel warm and beautiful."
