The practice base of social practice for minors and entrepreneurial culture for teenagers is located in Hubin New Town Development Zone of Suqian City, southeast of the intersection of He Huan Road and Zhangshan Avenue, with a total land area of about 15. 16 hectares (227 mu). Zhang Shan Avenue is adjacent to the newly-built Higher Education Park and Roman Lake Scenic Area in the west, Zhang Shan Forestry Company in the north of He Huan Road and the planned colored plastic road in the east.
The overall orientation of the function of practice base is: the campus where teenagers and minors study and practice, the home of collective life and the paradise of happy growth. Emphasize participation, experience, practicality and activity, and build the base into an open cultural park, ecological park and science park integrating quality development, characteristic education, scientific and technological practice and study tour activities.
According to the specific design requirements and different functional requirements, the base is generally divided into the following functional areas: training and teaching area, living area and outdoor development training area.
The radiation area of the base utilizes the rich natural, cultural and revolutionary historical educational resources in the local and surrounding areas, including:

The total land area of the base is 15. 16 hectares (227 mu). According to the requirements of openness, ecology and development, * * is divided into three areas: (1) living area (2) outdoor development training area (3) reserved land for training and teaching area and supporting services. Except the living area, the other two areas are independent of each other and have their own activities. At the same time, these two areas have infiltrated each other and become the continuation of other regional activities. The whole base is presented to people with the concept of big landscape and big ecology.
1, living quarters
The living area is located on the west side of the base, adjacent to Zhangshan Avenue and He Huan Road, and is an important architectural functional area of the base. The main buildings include: (1) comprehensive dormitory (2) reserved dormitory (3) gate entrance and activity square.
The living area is the most important place for minors to study and live after they come to the base. It is particularly important to create an open and orderly space for them who have just left school and entered a new life in the base. This is not a school, but it has the atmosphere of a school, far away from the family, but joined a bigger family, plus fresh air, surrounding mountains and green waters, and returned to nature. Then everyone will never forget this memory, and will spend a very important day growing up unconsciously and learn more and more knowledge.
The gate of the living area faces west and faces Zhangshan Avenue. As soon as I entered the gate, the first thing I saw was an open square space. The space of the square is guided, facing the entrance axis is a giant tripod sculpture with Suqian characteristics, surrounded by fountains and flower beds, creating a lively atmosphere.
On the north side of the living area is the accommodation complex, which is the first phase project invested by the municipal government in advance and has been fully completed. The accommodation complex is L-shaped, including teachers' and students' dormitories, canteens, comprehensive classrooms and multimedia classrooms. , mainly to provide students with life management and some teaching contents of the base. The dormitory in the building is arranged according to the accommodation requirements that can accommodate 600 students and 50 teachers, and the canteen can accommodate 600 people to eat at the same time. The open space formed by the L-shaped layout becomes the expansion and continuation of the entrance square space, which can provide students with places for outdoor activities.
To the south of the living area is the dormitory area. There are two office buildings in the original area. In the planning, it is planned to demolish the office building on the north side and build four basketball courts to form an open space, which will also be the expansion and continuation of the entrance square space. Because you can face the flag-raising platform on the south side, you can hold the opening and closing ceremonies, parade exercises and other activities in this venue. The whole living area is arranged in an open way, which not only reflects that the base welcomes minors from all over the country to practice and exercise with an open attitude, but also makes the buildings mainly providing life management in the base relatively concentrated. Building a transparent wall around it is conducive to student management.

In the reflection on the education of minors, we put the focus of the base project construction on developing outward bound training suitable for the characteristics of minors.
What is Outward Bound? "Training changes people's attitude, attitude changes people's behavior, and behavior changes people's destiny", which is what we want to say. We hope that by developing outward bound training suitable for minors' characteristics, we can cultivate their team quality of mutual trust and interdependence, efficient communication skills, learn to know ourselves and ourselves, make good use of regular methods, and blaze new trails. Through entertaining, challenging, educational and practical development training, we can create an unforgettable learning experience. Then through reflection, beyond experience, accelerate the effective transformation of the learned knowledge. So as to achieve the goal of comprehensively promoting quality education and cultivating a new generation of entrepreneurial talents.
The whole outdoor development training area is mainly concentrated in the lakes around the middle of the base and the lakes around the south of the base. On the premise of ensuring that the landscape around the lake remains intact and will not be destroyed as much as possible, the lakeside will be properly rectified in combination with the landscape requirements and safety requirements. Maintaining the original ecological system is the best interpretation of "ecological Suqian".
On the south side of the park, combined with the peripheral lakes, under the requirement of ensuring the original ecological landscape around the lake as much as possible, ditches are dug between the inner lake and the outer lake, and some waterfront expansion activities and cultural projects are set up, such as wooden bridges, tire bridges, water trestles, ecological strange stone gardens, etc. In the meantime, the path winds down the city wall, the road twists and turns, birds and flowers sing by the roadside, and the lake is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The biggest space provides people with contact with nature and feel the comfort and beauty of life.
Transform a hydrophilic movable platform by the lake, and arrange stepped stands, sloping grass, etc. As the center for students to carry out outdoor collective entertainment activities. Various talent competitions can be held, and various team competitions can also be held. In the evening, minors who have participated in social practice in the base can be organized to hold a bonfire party. In short, the purpose is to let everyone spend this unforgettable experience happily in a collective atmosphere.
On the nearby hillside and around the landscape lake in the middle of the base, a number of ecological botanical gardens will be built in combination with the setting of green landscape belts. The botanical garden is dominated by trees, supplemented by small nursery beds, and some ornamental trees and flowers suitable for local growth are introduced for group planting. At the same time, students can be arranged to plant trees or carve stones as a souvenir in class to deepen their memory of minors living in the base.
Set up publicity columns and stones along each node, and constantly carve the contents of entrepreneurial culture on stones and boards, giving people a visual impact and achieving the purpose of entrepreneurship education. The sculpture wall of major historical events is set up on the northwest side of the lake. The major local historical events in Suqian are mainly introduced, and the ancient and modern times are discussed, so as to carry forward revolutionary heroism and achieve the purpose of ideological education for minors.
The whole outdoor development training area is designed according to the requirements of the open park. The open design can make people feel the temptation brought by the thick green outside the park, feel the hazy water color in the park and yearn for all kinds of interesting activities.
The shooting range is located in the south of Venture Park. A shooting range of 180m× 60m will be built by using the open space between the lake in the middle of the base and the lake outside the south of the base. The shooting range is surrounded by soil slopes and walls made according to city walls, which are relatively closed. The center of the venue is flat, and some sports venues can be set up for teenagers to conduct outdoor antagonistic drills.
3. Reserve training and teaching areas and supporting service land.
The reserved land for training and teaching area and supporting services is located on the east side of the base, adjacent to He Huan Road and Caisu Road, which is the most important building functional area of the base. The area also adopts an open layout, and a large open hard square is reserved.
In the center of the square is the most important building complex in the training and teaching area-the training and teaching complex. The building facade is simple and generous, with affinity. This is the main place to educate minors on scientific and technological activities, with an exhibition hall for entrepreneurial culture, a research study classroom, a popular science classroom, a reading room, a number of large activity rooms and an indoor gymnasium.
The exhibition hall of entrepreneurship culture displays the entrepreneurial historical materials of the world, China and Suqian, miniature models of modern production technology and examples of scientific and technological exploration of knowledge industrialization, which provides a platform for the base to exchange experiences with its counterparts all over the country, comprehensively displays the achievements of the base in running schools, and promotes the development of Suqian's entrepreneurial culture.
As an indoor experience area of entrepreneurial culture, the large activity room shows the entrepreneurial experience with local characteristics to minors, such as the display of brewing, spun silk, poplar processing and other production techniques, and the completion of practical works for minors (mainly poplar carving).
The comprehensive training and teaching building is stretched, fresh and lively. The building is surrounded by falling pools. The large glass wall and the shape of the top flight show show the ambition of the base to go to the whole country from the ground and show the mind of the new Suqian.
On the east side of the lake is a group of water ecological buildings that frequently appear. Including a greenhouse-type biological park and a biological laboratory that undertake some experimental functions. The laboratory is equipped with some routine experiments that teenagers are interested in, such as butterfly specimen making, tree vein specimen making and microscope observation. And you can also do self-help experiments.
At the intersection of He Huan Road and Caisu Road, it is planned to set up an entrepreneurial culture square. There is an entrepreneurial culture sculpture in the center of the square, surrounded by a background wall. The relief on the wall fully shows the role of Suqian pillar industries in entrepreneurial culture.
The project aims to build a high-quality practice base for the social practice of minors and the entrepreneurial culture of teenagers in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province. The project construction conforms to the spirit of "Several Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors" issued by the Central Committee and the State Council, and meets the requirements of "Implementation Outline for Promoting and Cultivating National Spirit Education in Primary and Secondary Schools" jointly formulated by Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China and the Ministry of Education. It is the active implementation and practice of the Party's educational policy in the new period.
Through the construction of this project, the quality education facilities for young people in Suqian will be further improved, providing rich social practice courses for more young people. The construction of this project has a positive and far-reaching impact on promoting the development of quality education for teenagers in our city, further strengthening and improving the ideological and moral construction of minors, and cultivating a new generation of successors with high quality and comprehensive ability.
At present, the first phase of the project has been completed and the whole base is expected to be put into use before the end of next year.
