No formula is not necessarily a problem. The general foundry can provide the formula. Even if the formula is not ideal or involves intellectual property issues, the foundry will generally adjust an ideal formula. The order quantity of OEM varies from factory to factory. It is estimated according to the production capacity, production arrangement and cost control of the manufacturer, and the manufacturer will provide it. If the required quantity is lower than the most economical OEM quantity of the manufacturer, it doesn't mean that the manufacturer can't OEM, but the loss is high and the OEM fee is higher.
