The palm of the right hand is buckled on the back of the left hand and pressed on the "Zhongwan" point in the middle of the abdomen (from xiphoid process to the midpoint of the navel line). 6. Abdominal thumping: The fingers of both hands are slightly bent together, and the hand shape is "mango". The left and right hands alternately beat the abdomen with hollow palms. You'd better pat it every morning and evening when you take a walk. Clap vigorously, just like drumming, and beat the rhythm. Through continuous punching, the subcutaneous fat in the abdomen will be activated, which will accelerate the decomposition and absorption of abdominal fat and make it slowly consumed.
