Office software is installed on almost every computer. You can use it to quickly and effectively reduce the size of pictures, and the operation is very simple.

Take Word as an example (Excel and PPT operate in the same way), upload a picture to a blank document of Word, then select the picture, click Format in the toolbar, and then click Compress Picture.

At this point, a compressed picture box appears on the picture. Choose to use the default resolution, and finally click OK.
