When should weight loss start?
1, the first stage

We don't sweat too much when we start exercising. When the exercise time exceeds 10 minutes, we will sweat profusely, which is a sign that the body begins to consume water. We usually eat too much sodium or water before going to bed, which leads to edema. The first 15 minutes of exercise is mainly to help drain excess water from the body.

2. The second stage

After just 15 minutes of exercise, the water in the body is discharged, the body becomes more compact, and then the heart beats faster and breathless, which is a sign of starch consumption in the body. These starches are one of the leading causes of obesity, and they must be eliminated in order not to accumulate fat.

3. The third stage

The exercise at this stage is the exercise that really consumes fat. Many friends feel that they have done their best and can rest after 30 minutes of exercise. In fact, their bodies have not started to consume the fat that really leads to obesity, which is why many people exercise every day but never see the effect.
