What does it feel like to lose weight successfully? What changes have you brought to your life?
This question touched my heart. I used to be the fat man who walked on the road of losing weight. "Xiu Yuan is a long road, and I will go up and down.". No, to put it simply, he is slightly fat because I am a little baby fat. In fact, now that I think about it, when I made up my mind to start losing weight, I was basically a standard weight, but I felt that I had thick legs and short breasts from the upper body to the lower body, which was a shortcoming and I didn't look good in anything. After I lost weight successfully, I found that it was not my figure at all, but my face, and the key was my face!

I tried various ways to lose weight, such as dieting, eating apples for three days, running, yoga, vegetarianism and even taking diet pills. After a night of diarrhea, I decided to lose weight in a healthy way, but no matter what I do, I won't leave you. Even, during my three years in college, I ran at a speed of 10 kilograms a year. When I first entered school, it was 100 kg, and when I graduated, it was 127. My classmates joked that my family raises pigs. Otherwise, how could I grow so well?

In short, in college, besides studying, losing weight is my top priority, and the less I lose, the fatter I get. Later, I gave up and started working, living at home, eating three meals a day. My mother cooks well, of course I won't lose weight. What really makes me slim down is the strong work pressure, because in a strange environment, what I learned at school doesn't match my work at all. I have to work overtime every night, and when I come back, I don't eat, so I shut myself in my room and lie down in bed. Sometimes I even hide under the covers and cry silently. I began to adapt to my job, but people also lost weight quickly. I couldn't believe it when my friend reminded me, but I was ecstatic when my clothes came loose and fell off last year.

Inadvertently, I weighed myself at once, and there were still 96 pounds. I weighed the beauty in my heart back and forth for more than ten times, and finally decided that I had lost weight successfully, and my mood suddenly became better.

I started calling my friends, going out shopping, taking the salary I didn't spend for half a year, going out shopping and buying the smallest size clothes, feeling that I was tailor-made for myself. There are so many beautiful clothes that I want to take home.

I also started to eat all kinds of food, such as hot pot, meat, barbecue, hamburgers and chicken legs. I only considered whether I liked it or not, regardless of how many calories I had, and I gained a few pounds after eating it.

I lost weight and my confidence came back. My friends invited me to go out, play games, sing K, drink, eat and travel, and my life suddenly became colorful. Well, some boys even started to pursue me, and I suddenly felt like a goddess. All tears! Because of my obsession with losing weight, I was not in the mood to fall in love at all in college. Of course, maybe no one likes me so fat.

I also started to fall in love, and my spring finally came. I began to pay attention to my clothes and cultivate my temperament. I finally found that I can be better. This feeling is really beautiful. It seems that getting rid of that piece of meat will get rid of all the unhappiness.

Colleagues and friends say that I am more and more lively now, and people have become more natural and graceful. The temperament of the whole person suddenly changed. Everyone appreciates this change of mine. Except my mother, she thinks I'm too thin. Is it because she abused me and tried to repair my body? But it hasn't rebounded since I didn't deliberately lose weight. I should eat and drink, keep a good attitude and let nature take its course.

To sum up, after losing weight successfully, I like to open the door to a new world, which is emitting endless beauty to me.
