Parallel bars practice
Hello, landlord;

At the beginning, each group will do 2, with a rest of about 50 seconds between groups, and do 12 groups. Simply put, it is 12 minutes to do 12 groups, a total of 24 groups.

After it can be easily completed, each group is changed to 3 groups, and the rest between groups is about 45 seconds, making 8 groups. Eight groups were completed in 8 minutes, a total of 24 groups.

Next, there are 4 in each group, and the rest between groups is about 40 seconds, making 6 groups. Six groups were completed in six minutes, and the total was still 24.

Then 6 in each group, rest for about 30 seconds between groups, and do 4 groups. Four groups were completed in 4 minutes, a total of 24.

When this training can be easily completed, it should not be a problem for you to achieve 10 at one go.

If you want to continue to increase, then increase it to 8 in each group, rest for about 20 seconds between groups, and do three groups in 3 minutes.

The specific training plan can be practiced every other day.

If you want to grow faster, you can try to practice on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, and rest on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays-this schedule is contrary to the regular training principles, but it works well for me. You can try.
