Four articles about college students' weekly diary

Time flies, a week has passed in a blink of an eye, and we have learned something new more or less. Keep a weekly diary to record our experiences. How to write Zhou Ji without becoming a mere formality? The following are four college students' weekly diaries that I have compiled, which are welcome for your reference and I hope to help you.

Weekly Journal of College Students 1 We are very excited. We are proud to stand out from the fierce competition with our own efforts and continue our studies in the highest foreign-related economic college in China. In the past 20xx years, under the guidance of the school motto of "Building a Beautiful China", Guangxi University has gradually become a well-known university at home and abroad. Over the past 20xx years, she has sent off a batch of students, trained tens of thousands of xx talents for the motherland, and become the pillars of the country in their respective posts. Stepping into the new millennium, all this deeply attracts and inspires us.

I believe that most of us have been guided by "navigation", "sailing" and "piloting", tasted the hardships of studying hard day and night, and even lingered on the edge of giving up, and finally overcame hesitation and frustration and firmly set foot on this fertile soil of Huiyuan! There are books we yearn for, scholars we look forward to, and pioneering and innovative spirit we yearn for!

Big waves wash sand, only to show the true color of gold; The heavy rain rushes by, and the pines are more majestic! After the postgraduate entrance examination, we are more mature, steady and confident. Now, at this new starting point of graduate students, our hearts are full of expectations: looking forward to more opportunities and challenges, looking forward to making friends with talents from all walks of life, and looking forward to more fruitful three years. In the next three years, we will strive to consolidate the knowledge structure, study the theoretical connotation, enrich the practical experience, ride the wind and waves in the more intense competition in the future, and show the elegance of the son of xx!

After coming back from Meishan with teacher Zhang Wei, Zhou Ji 2, a college student, asked me a question: Do you want to start as a beauty tutor or start a business? This is a difficult question to answer, because these are two completely different positions, and the difficulties and challenges they face are also mixed. Being a beauty instructor is mainly responsible for the training of beauticians and the design of sales plans, which has direct help and influence on my becoming a lecturer. The nature and situation of the market shops here are not up to my level, and my gender disadvantage is even more difficult. Doing business development is not helpful to my goal of becoming a lecturer, plus my own prejudice against business, I find it difficult to choose. But in the end, after careful consideration and combining reality with my own objective evaluation, I chose business development. So, I started my career as a store operator. The first time I visited a beauty salon, I experienced hesitation, worry, hesitation, struggle, overcoming, liberation and indifference. From this repeated cycle, I gradually became familiar with, understood and summarized the true meaning of business development. Quote a word: As a salesperson, we should do three things, one is persistence, the other is shameless, and the third is persistence. Although the text is a little rough, it is not rough. I want to be an excellent salesman, break through myself and beat myself, so let success come more suddenly!

The first week of college students' weekly diary 3

I have been in the emergency department for a week, and this is the first department where I stayed as an intern. I still remember that on the first day of clinical practice, the teacher asked me to pull out the needle for the patient, but I was afraid that I would hurt him, so I was afraid to reach out for a while, and finally the teacher pulled it out. I was thinking about how stupid I was. Nothing, nothing, nothing.

What should I do at this rate? The teacher read my mind and told me: nothing, everyone who just arrived at the clinic is the same, but as long as they are willing to study and study hard, they will get better gradually. After a week's teaching by the teacher, I dare to pull out needles, draw blood and give injections to patients now. Although I am still a little scared, I have finally made progress, and I believe I will do better and better.

Second week

This is my second week in the emergency department, but it is my first time to draw blood alone, take an injection for the first time, see a patient rescued from cardiac arrest for the first time, see a ventilator for the first time, and learn how to use a ventilator and cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine for the first time. It's the first time to do ECG alone, the first time to contact with gastric lavage machine, and there are many firsts. Every time has a special experience and significance.

What impressed me most here was the first blood draw. I still remember that day, teachers were busy caring for other patients. Suddenly, a big brother patted me on the shoulder and asked me to draw his blood. I'm a little worried because I've never taken blood alone before. When I was hesitating, my eldest brother said, "Nothing, I believe you." Because of his words, I got up my courage, but I was still a little scared when I stuck the needle in it.

When the needle entered the middle, I still didn't see the blood. I'm even more scared, and I dare not touch my hand again. At this time, I only heard my eldest brother say, "Nothing, don't be afraid." So I got up the courage to inject a little more and finally saw the blood. I was very happy to see this big brother and smiled. I finally finished my first blood draw by myself.

After this time, I later had more firsts, and I understood the importance of self-confidence and communication. It is really difficult to try for the first time, because the patient is afraid of becoming an intern's "experiment", afraid that the intern can't do well, and even make a mistake in the hospital at this time. But if you want to succeed the first time, you must first believe in yourself, and then communicate with patients to gain their trust. I try to do this, so I have so many firsts. I believe I will learn more in the coming days.

Third week

I was transferred to EICU by the head nurse this week to take care of the baby with hand, foot and mouth disease. I didn't know how to take care of the baby at first, and I didn't know how to coax the crying baby. I could only hold him when the baby cried. At the end of the day, I feel that I have learned nothing, and I am too tired to be weak, but I finally realize the hardships of parents taking care of their children. When I saw the parents of children outside the intensive care unit guarding day and night, I understood the greatness of their parents. These days in intensive care unit.

Although I didn't do anything practical, I took care of the baby like a nanny, but I knew why the baby cried, how to get along with the baby, how to coax the baby, how to dress the baby … all these laid a good foundation for my pediatric internship.

This special day in the emergency department left me with wonderful childlike memories, which I believe will make my internship career more and more smooth.

Fourth week

After being transferred to EICU by the head nurse, I have my own class schedule. Because of this, I have become a floating population since the baby was discharged from the hospital. Studying with different teachers every day, sometimes I feel like a homeless person, being taught and ignored, but I gradually realize how lucky I am.

Because there are different teachers, we can learn from each teacher's different advantages, learn from each teacher's different good nursing operations, and at the same time make ourselves more independent and confident in the operation.

Fifth week

These days, what impressed me the most was the day I studied with Mr. Xia. She told me that all the people living in EICU are seriously ill, so we should always pay attention to them. We should accompany them like family members and give them care.

I do see her concern for the patient's family in her. When I also learned to give them family-like care, I found that my work became very easy, very easy ... I suddenly felt great, especially when I fed my aunt a cup of porridge bit by bit with my tongue depressor, when my grandfather in his nineties took me and my teacher by the hand and said that you two children were good people.

My heart is full of pride, proud of my chosen career and proud of being a nurse.

Sixth week

I didn't feel so good on my first day of thoracic surgery. I thought the head nurse here was fierce and strict. She gave us a good scolding as soon as we reported to the department. When I got home, my roommates said they were afraid to practice here, so they all had the idea of not going to work. However, when we went to the first day of class, we were all very happy and lucky, because the teachers here were very good, and everyone smiled at everyone, whether it was our teacher or not.

As long as you stand beside him, he will teach you patiently, and as long as you follow him to nurse, he will give you a chance to start work. Therefore, after the first night shift, I not only learned the arterial blood that I have been afraid to pump, but also learned some common operations and the functions of some commonly used drugs in many departments. After working here for a few days, I found myself in love with the teacher and this department.

And slowly found that the original head nurse is very nice, although very strict at work, but after work is very kind and concerned about colleagues. It is also here that I understand that I can't predict my internship future so early, especially to impose bad ideas on this future, because every day in the future is actually beautiful.

Seventh week

The internship is over. I used to be confused and ignorant, but now I'm full. We bid farewell to our nursing practice life and student days forever. During this time, we have gained a lot, knowledge, technology, friendship and experience. ...

Nurse work is a complicated life. We should not only learn to be a man, but also learn to do things. In practice, we should constantly enrich our theoretical knowledge and nursing operation skills and strive for more operation and exercise opportunities; Being a man, in the hospital, we should handle the relationship between ourselves and our classmates, teachers, head nurses, doctors, patients and their families.

This has brought us a lot of pressure, and it is also a good exercise opportunity. It is most important to establish a good nurse-patient relationship, which will bring convenience to our nursing work. The work of nurses is no longer a simple skill operation such as injection and medicine distribution, but a more complex creative activity including psychological nursing. Nurses should not only help patients recover, but also help and guide recovered people to stay healthy.

In the internship, I realized the importance of communication, deeply realized the importance of communication, and realized the happiness that communication brought me. Communication is an art, it is a bridge to build understanding and trust between people. Whether we can communicate or not affects not only our lives, but also our work.

During the internship, I realized that it is not easy to be a nurse, and it is even more difficult to be a qualified, excellent and quality nurse. With the continuous progress of material civilization and spiritual civilization in today's society, people's demand for the quality and service level of nursing staff is also increasing. It is more and more important for nurses to have good qualities, including not only psychological aspects, professional skills, professional ethics and physical aspects, but also cultural instruments.

I am very happy this week, because the supervisor has promised me to learn another model of products, and I can finally learn more other knowledge, which is really a very happy thing.

One of the products contacted this week is dt 100, which is a small instrument for measuring temperature. Although the component is simple, it is worth learning.

The main chips of this product are: ic7 107 double integral analog-to-digital conversion integrated circuit, op07 operational amplifier, etc. The external pt 100 temperature measuring resistor can measure the water temperature in the dye vat immediately. Its initial work is mainly to compare some reference voltages, and then display the values through 7 107.

What I do is to debug the standard temperature measurement value. When the resistance of pt 100 is 1 19.4 Ohms, the instrument should display the temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. When the resistance of pt 100 is 138.5 ohms, the instrument shall display the temperature of 100 degrees Celsius.

This is not difficult to tune, but its composition circuit is very worth learning. It's difficult, so it seems that we should strengthen the knowledge of analog electronics.
