I searched online for ways to export pictures: ① Save the document as a web page format-a web page (html format). Suppose the saved file is doc.htm. At this time, outside doc.htm, there is a doc.files folder. There are two files in the folder, 1.emz and 2.gif, one of which is the original size file and the other is a smaller file. ② Open this emz file with winrar, and you can see that there is a file without extension. Just extract it and add an emf extension. Next, you can use the emf format picture directly. There are more than 1M extracted, while the gif format is only 150kb.

Knowledge link: scientific name of emz file: compression enhanced metafile, emz file =emf file +zip compression, which often appears in email attachments, web folders generated by word and other places. To put it bluntly, "compressing enhanced metafiles" means compressing an image file, and the compression method is zip. So basically, emz files are image files.
