(1) Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach 3-4 hours after meals and about half an hour after drinking water. If there are other provisions in practice, this example will not be followed. Yoga movements include bending, stretching, twisting and pushing, which are the characteristics of yoga. When doing various yoga moves, you must gently stretch your body at the edge of the limit. Don't push or pull hard. It is wrong to practice beyond the limit. "On the edge of the limit" means "painful and happy". Yoga is considered to be one of the few sports that have caused sports injuries for thousands of years, but why are so many people injured by practicing yoga now? It's not that yoga is bad, but that everyone doesn't follow the rules.
(2) If you feel weak or trembling in practice, you should rest immediately instead of insisting. Any exercise will cause delayed muscle soreness. If the muscles are tense and sore after exercise, you can do proper massage or ice compress. When doing yoga exercises, you should pay attention to the feeling caused by body movement and keep it in each position for not less than 4 seconds. When you focus on the feelings of your body and muscles, you will be more able to listen to your body and your conversation, feel comfortable in your position, and the feeling of body movement will be realized soon, which can effectively perceive the effect of exercise and make your body quickly guided in a positive direction by exercise.
Unless otherwise specified, you should breathe through your nose during the whole practice. First of all, nose hair can filter dirt in the air. Secondly, you can make the air more suitable for your own temperature. It is also very important that yoga believes that people get sick because the breathing in the human body is disordered in the meridians. Breathing through the nose helps the meridians breathe smoothly. Remember to control your body every time you practice, slow down, stay awake and don't let your body get out of control. In the process of yoga practice, if you feel the "click" sound of joints, don't worry, it shows that your body is beginning to relax, but the same joint always has repeated pain for a period of time, which should be paid attention to.
(4) Yoga practice should wear loose clothes, preferably barefoot. If you practice Bikram yoga, be sure to drink a large glass of water (more than 300ml) 30 minutes before practice. Patients with heart disease, hypertension and dizziness are not allowed to participate in high-temperature yoga practice. In the process of practicing high-temperature yoga, if you feel pressure on your heart and breathing, you must pause and adjust your back to take a deep breath. You can't leave the classroom at once.
