Reducing my food intake 1/3 and dancing in front of the mirror for 40 minutes to an hour every day will definitely help me lose weight. I used to weigh 128 kg, but now I weigh 98 kg. Remind yourself when eating snacks and meals: you can't eat too much, and your favorite clothes don't fit. Dancing to lose weight is fun and effective, killing two birds with one stone.
