1. After connecting the phone, the phone information will be displayed in iTunes software.

2. Then open Edit-Preferences in the upper left corner of itunes.

3. Find the backup files in preferences and delete the previous backup files respectively.

4. You can change the backup address in the advanced options.

5, or delete the useless files on drive C, and then repair the iphone.
